The Breakfree concept is pretty simple

We believe that lasting success is only possible when you can let go of all the one-size-fits-all, quick-fix, and short-term approaches to weight loss and, instead, focus your energy on developing 7 core skills that will not only help you lose weight, but are absolutely vital for keeping it off.

After an initial assessment, you will be paired with your own personal health coach who understands your unique struggles, challenges and needs.

Your health coach will work with you one-on-one to create a realistic plan – one you both know you are going to stick to. 
Your plan will focus on whatever areas require the most attention – nutrition, eating, movement, exercise, sleep, stress, motivation or emotions.
Your coach will then lead you through your tailored program, teach you the required skills, provide you with the most effective strategies, and give you the confidence and ability to make effective and lasting changes.

Going it alone is always tough, which is why your health coach will keep your motivation and weight loss in check with ongoing encouragement, support and accountability.
